Inter Forever to face Tottenham

Inter Forever will take on Spurs Legends on March 30, including Javier Zanetti, Dejan Stankovic, Juan Sebastian Veron and Jurgen Klinsmann, with Paul Gascoigne as an opponent.

The charity event will be one of the test runs at the new Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, which should be open for Spurs to play in before the end of the season.

Inter have called in their star names from the past, including current Vice-President Zanetti and Treble-winning goalkeeper Julio Cesar.

Tottenham want Strakosha

Tottenham Hotspur are tracking Lazio goalkeeper Thomas Strakosha, but Liverpool reportedly already saw a €30m bid rejected last season.

According to Il Messaggero newspaper, Spurs have set their sights on the Albania international as the heir to Hugo Lloris.

As always, Lazio President Claudio Lotito is a tough negotiator and has slapped a €40m price-tag on the 24-year-old.

The same report also suggests Liverpool had made an offer worth €30m last season, but the Biancocelesti had turned it down.

Clubs line up for Copenhagen's Skov

Fiorentina, Sampdoria, Atalanta, Bologna and Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly keeping track of FC Copenhagen winger Robert Skov.

The 22-year-old Dane plays primarily as a right-sided winger, but can also work on the left.

He only joined Copenhagen from Silkeborg for €1m in January 2018, but his price-tag is already believed to be in the region of €6m.

According to the Corriere dello Sport, Italian clubs preparing possible summer swoops include Sampdoria, Atalanta, Fiorentina and Bologna.

Tottenham send scouts for Perisic

Tottenham Hotspur had scouts in the stands to watch Inter star Ivan Perisic during the 3-2 derby victory over Milan.

According to FCInterNews, Spurs had representatives at San Siro to keep a close eye on the Croatia international’s performance.

Perisic had already put in a transfer request in January for a move to Arsenal, but Inter slammed the door on anything under €40m.

Chiesa top of Tottenham wish-list

Tottenham Hotspur have put Fiorentina star Federico Chiesa top of their transfer wish-list, it’s reported, but the price-tag is €70m.

According to The Sun newspaper, Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino sees Chiesa as the right man to bring ‘magic’ to his team.

The winger only turned 21 in October, but already has over 100 competitive games under his belt at club level and 11 senior Italy caps.

So far this season, Chiesa has contributed 11 goals and eight assists in 29 appearances for the Viola.

Sarri: 'Chelsea tell me it's not true'

Maurizio Sarri told Italian media Kepa was penalised for his “attitude” and he’s not worried about the Chelsea sack. “What you write isn’t true – or at least they tell me it’s not true.”

The Coach sent a signal by dropping goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga in the 2-0 Premier League victory over Tottenham Hotspur this evening.

Sarri takes stand against Kepa

Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri has taken a stand by dropping Kepa Arrizabalaga against Tottenham after his refusal to be substituted.

The €80m goalkeeper was fined a week’s wages by the club after he openly rebelled against his boss, refusing to leave the field during the final moments of the Carabao Cup Final against Manchester City.

Sarri and Kepa insisted it was a “misunderstanding,” but many were waiting to see what decision the Italian tactician would make for tonight’s big Premier League game with Spurs.

Inter back in for Sissoko?

Inter are reportedly back in the running for Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Moussa Sissoko over the summer.

According to Calciomercato.com, the interest between the player and Serie A club has been bubbling under the surface for a while.

His contract with Spurs is due to expire in June 2021 and it does not appear as if a new deal has been discussed.

As Tottenham failed to make any signings this season, they could be saving up for a big splash next term and that means a replacement for Sissoko.
