Highlights: Brescia 1-2 Parma

Dejan Kulusevski was the star of the show for Parma against Brescia, providing the assist for Matteo Darmian and curling in a spectacular winner.

The Swede will be playing for Juventus next season and gave a good idea of what he can do when getting down the right to pull back and set up Darmian for a rare goal.

He then got the winner himself with a magnificent curler into the far top corner with his weaker foot.

Darmian: 'Pogba cares for United'

Matteo Darmian calls Manchester United an ‘amazing’ experience, would give Ole Gunnar Solskjaer a ‘long-term contract’ and insists Paul Pogba ‘really cares’.

Darmian played just 92 times for United between 2015 and 2019, but the Parma full-back made it clear he would never forget his spell at Old Trafford.

“[United were] an amazing adventure that stays with you for the rest of your life,” he told The Guardian.

Laurini adds to Parma injuries

The Parma injury crisis hit new heights with news Vincent Laurini suffered a Grade I soleus muscle strain in his right leg.

Coach Roberto D’Aversa had been hoping to start Laurini at right-back in Sunday’s trip to Torino, as Matteo Darmian is not 100 per cent fit.

However, Laurini is ruled out completely by a calf strain and it remains to be seen how long he’ll be out for.

Roberto Inglese, Luigi Sepe, Juraj Kucka, Matteo Scozzarella, Antonino Barillà and Andrea Adorante are already on the treatment table.

Faggiano: 'Esposito is not coming'

Sporting director Daniele Faggiano has admitted Parma are ready if Sebastiano Esposito becomes available, but claimed he “is not leaving” Inter this winter.

The director visited the Nerazzurri today but admitted that he didn’t discuss a possible move for Esposito and also refused that they held talks about the future of Matteo Darmian.

“We haven’t talked about Esposito with Inter, because for now Esposito is not leaving,” he told Sky Sport Italia. “If he should be leaving, we are there.

Parma try for Esposito

Inter and Parma are reportedly in ongoing talks about a possible move for youngster Sebastiano Esposito.

As Inter are only a signature away from signing Victor Moses, there are also reports about players leaving the Milan club this winter.

SportItalia journalist Alfredo Pedulla reports that Parma are currently trying to convince Esposito that he could get the required experience needed at the Ennio Tardini the next months.

The 17-year-old has already played four games in Serie A for the Nerazzurri this term and three matches in the Champions League.

Calciomercato.com reports that the right back will be heading to the Giuseppe Meazza this summer and writes that Darmian has already given his word to the Nerazzurri.

The outlet claims the transfer will take place in June, as Parma would like to wait until they are secured a place in Serie A.

Darmian to Inter if Godin leaves

Inter are said to be interested in Parma’s Matteo Darmian if Diego Godin is to leave the club, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.

Godin only signed for the Nerazzurri last summer, but there are reports that the Uruguayan is keen to return to Spain, where he played for 12 years with Villarreal and then Atletico Madrid.

The defender’s entourage has been quick to deny reports of a departure, but Inter’s general manager Beppe Marotta is believed to be preparing for a potential exit regardless.
