Revealed: Inter's January targets

Inter will reportedly target Olivier Giroud, Dejan Kulusevski and Matteo Darmian in January, but a move for Arturo Vidal seems unlikely.

Inter are expected to be among the busiest clubs in the winter transfer window after Antonio Conte hit out at his hierarchy for planning poorly over the summer.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Giroud has already held talks with the Nerazzurri and given his approval to playing as Romelu Lukaku’s deputy.

Darmian grateful for United chance

Matteo Darmian insists Manchester United was ‘an experience I’d do all over again’, despite his lack of game time, as he prepares to start over at Parma.

Parma: 'Thought Darmian was impossible'

Parma director Daniele Faggiano admits he “thought it was impossible” to sign Matteo Darmian from Manchester United.

Darmian to Inter via Parma?

Matteo Darmian just joined Parma from Manchester United, but it might not be for long, as Inter reportedly ‘booked’ him for January.

The full-back had been on Inter and Juventus radars for several seasons, but Manchester United always refused to lower their €12m price-tag.

It was therefore something of a surprise when he was allowed to leave for a reported €1.5m on deadline day, although the English media put the sum at closer to €4.5m.
