Allegri happy with four-point lead

Massimiliano Allegri insists Juventus should be pleased at going into the Scudetto showdown only four points ahead of Napoli after their Crotone draw.

The Bianconeri were held to a surprise 1-1 stalemate at the Stadio Scida, while the Partenopei fought back twice to beat Udinese 4-2, cutting the gap at the top of the table from six points to four.

Zenga: ‘Crotone must be attentive’

Walter Zenga calls for “an attentive Crotone” against Juventus because “they score three goals against everyone lately”.

Allegri: ‘Crotone matters more’

Juventus Coach Massimiliano Allegri insists “of the two games we have this week, the most important and the most decisive is tomorrow” at Crotone.

The Bianconeri face their Scudetto rivals Napoli in Turin on Sunday night, but first they travel south for a midweek clash with the Squali.

“Of the two games we will have to face this week, I think the most important and the most decisive is tomorrow,” Allegri insisted in his pre-match Press conference.

Allegri: ‘Two decisions knocked us out’

Massimiliano Allegri urges Juventus to turn their focus back to Serie A, even if “two injury time incidents” knocked them out of the Champions League.

The Bianconeri were 3-0 up in the Bernabeu last night, with the match heading for extra-time, when Michael Oliver deemed Medhi Benatia had fouled Lucas Vazquez and awarded a penalty.

“The referee whistled for this penalty, unfortunately we were eliminated for that reason,” Allegri told JTV.

Official: Barzagli misses Madrid

Andrea Barzagli is out of the Juventus squad to face Real Madrid, with Paulo Dybala and Rodrigo Bentancur suspended.
