Bonucci regrets 'certain decisions'

Leonardo Bonucci explained the difficulties of “accepting change” with Maurizio Sarri at Juventus and why he “would not have made certain decisions” again.

The Italy defender was speaking at the Allianz Juventus Stadium, interviewed by TEDx speaker Rudy Bandiera as part of a workshop on generational change.

“I’m starting to move across to the older side of the group now. If I think back to the Leonardo I was two or three years ago, I would not have made certain decisions,” said Bonucci.

De Zerbi: 'Juve have everything'

Sassuolo coach Roberto De Zerbi warns his side that “Juventus have multiple reference points, not just Leonardo Bonucci and Miralem Pjanic."

These teams square off on Sunday at 11.30 GMT, and De Zerbi says the Italian champions are a complete side.

“Juve have everything. You can’t think of taking anything away from them, otherwise you concede more than against other teams," said the coach in his press conference.

Cuadrado has played as a makeshift right-back this season, due to the club's injury problems in the position.

He joins goalkeeper Szczesny and defender Bonucci in renewing with the Bianconeri in recent days.

Bonucci: 'Enjoyable Azzurri'

Leonardo Bonucci confessed he has “never enjoyed my time with Italy this much” after beating Armenia 9-1, but it won’t count until Euro 2020.

The Azzurri almost equalled their biggest ever victory, having crushed USA 9-0 in an Olympics match in 1948, to maintain their 100 per cent record in Group J.

“Records are fairly meaningless without silverware. If we want to make it count, we have to do it next summer,” Bonucci told Rai Sport.
