Bonucci: 'Valuable lesson for Juventus'

Leonardo Bonucci hopes the defeat to Napoli will “serve as a valuable lesson” for Juventus and revealed why the second goal was a risk of zonal marking.

Piotr Zielinski and Lorenzo Insigne scored the goals, before a late Cristiano Ronaldo consolation at the Stadio San Paolo.

“Napoli gave more than 100 per cent, they were so determined on every ball and every knockdown. We gave 99 per cent and paid the price for that,” Bonucci told Sky Sport Italia.

Bonucci: 'Once Juve let tempo drop...'

Leonardo Bonucci warned Roma gave Juventus a scare in the Coppa Italia quarter-final. “The moment we let the tempo drop, we struggle.”

“The moment we let the tempo drop, we start to struggle,” Bonucci told Rai Sport after the 3-1 victory.
