Gattuso: 'Higuain not ready for Milan'

Gennaro Gattuso insists Gonzalo Higuain’s transfer to Chelsea is not decided, but he is dropped for Milan’s trip to Genoa because “he is not mentally ready to do battle with us.”

Bonucci: Higuain was agitated

Juventus defender Leonardo Bonucci has denied falling out with Gonzalo Higuain during the Supercoppa but admits the Milan striker was ‘agitated’.

Bonucci and Higuain had a coming-together after the final whistle in Jeddah, but the Argentine’s former Juve teammate assured it was nothing personal.

“Celebrating is always beautiful,” he told Gazzetta dello Sport after his side’s 1-0 win against Milan on Wednesday.

“Chiellini? He’s having a great season and he’s found a way to manage the games he plays.

Bonucci 'fired up' for Supercoppa

Leonardo Bonucci has warned former club Milan that Juventus will be ‘fired up even more’ by a full house in Jeddah on Wednesday.

Bonucci spent last season with Milan before returning to Juve, and the two sides face off for the Supercoppa in Saudi Arabia tomorrow.

“There’s a great desire to bring home the trophy because it’s our first objective and as always Juventus play to win,” the defender told JTV.

Inter send Nainggolan message

Freezing out Radja Nainggolan with a €100,000 fine for repeated tardiness was Inter’s warning to shape up or ship out of San Siro.

Bonucci: 'Fortunate to be back'

Leonardo Bonucci celebrated an historic milestone for Juventus and felt “fortunate after a period away from home” to be back in Turin.

The defender spent last season at Milan, but returned to Turin after only a year and was initially not welcomed by fans, but seems to have won them over.

He marked an important milestone by donating the jersey of his 300th competitive appearance in a Bianconeri jersey to the J-Museum.

Bonucci: ‘Napoli main rivals to Juventus’

Juventus centre-back Leonardo Bonucci believes “Napoli are definitely the team that can cause us most problems” in the Scudetto race.

Bonucci: 'Fortunate on Gagliardini'

Leonardo Bonucci admits Juventus “were fortunate” when Inter hit the woodwork, but overall kept the Nerazzurri under control.
