Milan listen to Kessie offers

Milan are reportedly open to the idea of selling midfielder Franck Kessie, but will only consider bids above €30m.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Rossoneri don’t consider the Ivory Coast international to be unsellable this summer and are willing to listen to offers.

The 22-year-old has attracted interest from the Premier League in the past and the Milanese club could cash in on him to help balance their books with Financial Fair Play in mind.

Biglia: Kessie scrap 'sickened' me

Lucas Biglia admits ‘I felt sick to my stomach for weeks’ after his derby scrap with Milan teammate Franck Kessie.

The pair brawled on the bench during Milan’s 3-2 defeat to Inter in March, and Biglia was unhappy with his role in the incident.

“I felt sick to my stomach for 3-4 weeks because I don’t like making a fool of myself,” the Argentine told DAZN.

“I didn’t hold it against him, I wanted to show the need for support of a teammate who was entering the field.

Biglia avoids serious injury

Lucas Biglia has avoided serious injury but could miss Milan’s next Serie A game with a bruised hip.

Biglia was forced off just 26 minutes into Milan’s 2-1 win against Bologna on Monday, but a statement on the Rossoneri’s website confirmed he only sustained bruising to his hip.

Although his condition only requires a few days of monitoring, the Rossoneri may decide not to risk him against Fiorentina this weekend.

Why do Milan always bring the drama?

The Rossoneri beat Bologna, but the drama-filled affair was a microcosm of the 2018-19 season under Gennaro Gattuso, writes Matthew Santangelo.

For better or for worse, it has been yet another headline-grabbing, drama-packed soap opera season for Gennaro Gattuso and his Milan, with as many ups as downs.

Although three matches remain for the Rossoneri to reverse their fortunes once and for all, and secure Champions League football through a fourth-place finish, this entire season will be very difficult to put into words when the dust settles.

Milan aid Kessie-Bakayoko investigation

Milan confirmed they will co-operate in the investigation of an “unpleasant incident” involving Tiemoue Bakayoko and Franck Kessie waving Francesco Acerbi's shirt.

The Disciplinary Commission today ruled it would not act on the controversial waving of Lazio defender Acerbi’s jersey in front of the ultras.

However, this is because it was considered outside the purview of the judge and moved over to the Federal Prosecutor and FIGC instead.
