Juve keep Kulusevski at Parma

Dejan Kulusevski has passed his Juventus medical, as Atalanta earn €35m plus bonuses, but he’ll reportedly stay on loan at Parma.

The 19-year-old has had a sensational Serie A season so far, scoring four goals and providing seven assists in 17 games during his Parma loan spell.

Inter, Manchester United, Arsenal and Liverpool had also been interested, but Juve beat everyone to the Sweden international by striking a deal over the Christmas break.

Juventus leap in for Kulusevski

Juventus have reportedly shot into the lead for Dejan Kulusevski, paying Atalanta €40-50m, but he’d remain on loan at Parma until June.

The Sweden international has been a sensation this season in Serie A, contributing four goals and seven assists in 17 Serie A appearances for Parma.

Still only 19, he has attracted interest from the likes of Manchester United, Arsenal, Napoli, Chelsea and Liverpool.

Verona or Samp for Pjaca?

Verona and Sampdoria are both reportedly keen on taking Juventus winger Marko Pjaca on loan next month.

Pjaca has struggled to recover from two serious knee injuries that halted his progress with Juve after being on the cusp of nailing down a place in their first team.

He was loaned out to Schalke in January 2018 in a bid to regain match fitness but failed to flourish in the Bundesliga.

The Croat spent the following campaign at Fiorentina but picked up another knee problem, resulting in yet more lost time.

Pjaca back in Juve training

Marko Pjaca was back in Juventus training today, for the first time since undergoing knee ligament surgery in March.

The Croatia international has been very unlucky with injuries, barely managing to play over the last couple of years.

Now 24, he returned from a loan spell with Fiorentina and is back in training slightly earlier than expected.

Pjaca joined in with the squad for some fitness work today.

Because he is not yet fully fit, he postponed any possible transfer away from Juve until January.

Juve call up Higuain & Cancelo

Juventus have called up Gonzalo Higuain and Joao Cancelo for their first stage of preseason training.

The pair have been heavily linked with moves away this summer, but they will nonetheless be involved when Maurizio Sarri leads his first training session on Wednesday,

For Higuain, it marks not only the continuation of his working relationship with Juve and Sarri but also a possible shot at redemption.

Juventus could use Brazilian left-back Rogerio as collateral to bring in Matthijs de Ligt or Ruben Dias this summer.

According to Tuttosport, Juve are ready to offer Ajax €50m plus bonuses and Rogerio – whom they value at €20-25m – for De Ligt.

Pjaca has torn other ACL

Disaster has struck Marko Pjaca yet again, as the Juventus-owned winger on loan to Fiorentina ruptured his left ACL in training.

The 23-year-old has been extremely unlucky in his career with a series of serious injury setbacks.

This afternoon, the Viola released a statement confirming he had sprained his left knee during a training session.

Tests showed the anterior cruciate ligament had been severed.

Report: Pjaca turns down Genoa

Marko Pjaca is expected to stay at Fiorentina for the rest of the season after reportedly rejecting an offer from Genoa.

Genoa had been locked in talks for Pjaca after Fiorentina and Juventus both agreed to let the winger make the move.

However, Sky Sport Italia reports the 23-year-old wants to keep fighting for his place in Tuscany as opposed to help plug the gap left by Krzysztof Piatek.

The Croatian only joined the Viola on loan last summer with a €20m option to buy but has gone on to start just eight Serie A games at the Artemio Franchi.
