The Gabon international is currently playing for Southampton, and his Mercedes was caught speeding.
Lemina declined to tell police whether he, his brother or cousin was driving at the time.
He then admitted to three counts of failing to notify police, and was fined £96,000 [€106,000], a record speeding fine in the UK.
He was also given 18 points on his licence and banned from driving for a year.
