Borini: 'Make it difficult for the Coach'

Fabio Borini will “do everything to make it difficult for the Coach to leave me out” after another goal for Milan against Ludogorets.

The 3-0 first leg lead was enhanced by Borini’s strike at San Siro, his third in four competitive games.

“We knew Ludogorets would start very strong, it was important not to concede and we also scored a goal that gave us more confidence,” the versatile forward told Sky Sport Italia.

Gattuso: Silva’s turn, Milan ‘perfect’

Gennaro Gattuso has confirmed that Andre Silva will get his ‘turn’ against Ludogorets on Thursday and hailed Milan’s “perfect machine” behind the scenes.

Milan lead Ludogorets 3-0 going into their Europa League last-32 second leg, but Gattuso warned his side against ‘underestimating’ their opponents, while touching on Silva’s situation and talk of more ownership problems at San Siro.

“Our biggest concern is underestimating the game,” the Coach said at a Press conference.

Pirlo on the past and the future

Andrea Pirlo confirmed his testimonial will be at San Siro on May 21, but also commented on the Nazionale, Scudetto race, Gigi Buffon and Milan.

The Maestro stopped playing for New York City FC last year, but will officially call it a day in Milan, a choice of venue that raised quite a few questions among Rossoneri and Juventus supporters.

“I want to see the same spirit as always, so we can have fun and be together with our families to enjoy the occasion,” said Pirlo in a Press conference.

Gattuso plays Cutrone match-maker

Gennaro Gattuso has given some unorthodox advice to Milan striker Patrick Cutrone, urging him to “get a beautiful girlfriend and make love.”

The forward only turned 20 last month, but is their top scorer this season with 13 goals and three assists in 30 competitive appearances.

“He is young, let’s not put too much pressure on him. Patrick has to work hard on the field and relax off it,” Gattuso said in a Press conference.

“I hope he can find himself a beautiful girlfriend to relax and make love with.”
