Milan stadium decision delayed

A decision over Milan’s proposed new stadium has once again been delayed by Fondazione Fiera.

The Rossoneri are competing for the right to build a new ground in the Portello area of the city, and a decision had been expected today.

However, various outlets, including Sky and Gazzetta dello Sport, are now reporting that the Diavolo’s proposal and that of Vitali, an investment group, are considered to be of equal merit.

“There are two games to go, but it doesn’t only depend on us,” Mancini said in his pre-match Press conference.

“If we win and Samp don’t then we’re in a good position, we’ll try to get a result and hope other teams drop points.
