'Milan 3-4 years from greatness'

Former Milan midfielder Zvonimir Boban believes the Rossoneri are ‘3-4 years away’ from returning to ‘greatness’.

Milan seem to have found stability on and off the field for the first time in years, and Boban hopes that will be the catalyst to his old club competing for honours again.

“I hope they can start a new cycle and that within 3-4 years, we’ll see Milan again in all their greatness, but we need a lot of work. I wish them well,” the midfielder-turned-FIFA secretary told Radio Anch’io Sport.

Boban: Milan don’t convince me

Former Milan star Zvonimir Boban admits the Rossoneri “don’t convince me” as “they haven’t signed any real top players.”

“Donnarumma? I’m sorry for the lad, I don’t want this mess to bother him,” the FIFA secretary said at an award ceremony in Tuscany, reports Gazzetta dello Sport.
