Sassuolo consider Quagliarella option

Sassuolo could bolster their attack with veteran Fabio Quagliarella from Sampdoria, say reports.

The Neroverdi are keeping up their tradition of fostering Italian players, although this time they may pick up a striker nearing the end of his career rather than one of their traditional youngsters.

According to ItaSportPress, Eusebio Di Francesco's team is after Quagliarella, for whom an opening may well be possible.

The Blucerchiati have signed Patrik Schick and Ante Budimir, making the 33-year-old's presence perhaps redundant.
