Line-ups: SPAL-Sampdoria

Sampdoria drop Fabio Quagiiarella for Federico Bonazzoli against SPAL, who also make a change up top.

Quagliarella’s failure to hit the heights of last season means Claudio Ranieri will go with Bonazzoli.

The 22-year-old began his career at Inter and was prolific for Italy at various youth levels.

However, he has managed just 12 competitive goals since making his senior debut in 2015.

Elsewhere, Alex Ferrari, Morten Thorsby and Albin Ekdal come in for Jeison Murillo, Mehdi Leris and Andrea Bertolacci.

New Udinese coach after SPAL

Udinese will name their new coach after the game against SPAL this weekend, according to reports.

The club sacked Igor Tudor following a 4-0 defeat to Roma last week, and assistant Luca Gotti [pictured] took charge of the side for the 3-1 win at Genoa.

However, Gotti has no intention of keeping the job on a permanent basis, forcing Udinese to look elsewhere for Tudor's successor.

Probable line-ups: SPAL-Sampdoria

Sampdoria are set to stick with Gaston Ramirez up front and SPAL should recall Igor as the fight for survival in Serie A commences.

Week 11 concludes tonight between the two bottom teams in the League, with only two points separating them.

Ramirez came off the bench and rescued a point against Lecce during the midweek round, so he should get the nod alongside Manolo Gabbiadini up top for Samp, sending Fabio Quagliarella to the bench.

Igor, meanwhile, looks like returning in the SPAL defence, with Espeto Strefezze and Arkadiusz Reca the wingbacks.

Suso: Criticism still valid

Milan attacker Suso has conceded that his winning free kick against SPAL should not erase the "deserved" jeers or "fair" criticism of his performances.

Suso had been heavily criticised for his displays in a Milan shirt this season and hadn't scored a goal until last night, constituting his worst start to a campaign since he joined the club in 2015.

"A goal doesn't change the story. It does not erase a negative moment. Nor the jeers, [which are] deserved. Nor the criticism, [which is] fair," he wrote on Instagram.

Serie A Week 11 referees

The referees for Serie A Week 11 have been announced as Gianluca Rocchi is given the Derby della Sole between Roma and Napoli.

Card-happy Rocchi has already booked 26 players during five matches in Serie A this season, and he will be looking to keep the sparks to a minimum at the Olimpico this weekend.

Elsewhere, Daniele Doveri will officiate the Derby della Mole between Torino and Juventus.

Dover has already overseen the Granata twice this season and handed out three yellow cards during a goalless draw between them and Napoli last month.

Semplici: 'Bennacer deserved red'

SPAL Coach Leonardo Semplici was unhappy with Krzysztof Piatek and Ismael Bennacer after his side’s 1-0 defeat to Milan last night.

Suso came off the bench to score the winner for Milan, but the result didn’t go down well with Semplici, who felt Piatek wrongly tried to con the referee into awarding a penalty and that Bennacer should have been sent off.
