Balotelli heading for Galatasaray?

Mario Balotelli could leave Brescia in the January transfer window, with Galatasaray offering him a deal, according to reports.

The striker only joined his hometown club over the summer, as he was a free agent following the end of his experiences at Nice and Olympique Marseille.

However, he has struggled for goals and clashed with new coach Fabio Grosso, storming out of training early this week.

Although he returned to the group yesterday following a 10-minute meeting with President Massimo Cellino, the situation remains tense.

Roma the right fit for Zlatan

A return to Italy seems likely for Zlatan Ibrahimovic, but Marcello Cossali-Francis believes Roma would be his best option ahead of Milan and Bologna.

“I came, I saw, I conquered. To the Galaxy fans, you wanted Zlatan, I gave you Zlatan. You are welcome. The story continues…”

In typical fashion, Zlatan Ibrahimovic announced back at the start of November that, after two seasons with LA Galaxy, the two would part ways at the end of his contract in January.

The media storm loves a “where next” story and, as per usual, there are supposedly a flock of major European clubs after the Swedish maverick.

Bologna battle for Zlatan, but...

Bologna are reportedly doing everything they can to sign Zlatan Ibrahimovic, but his wife would prefer Milan.

Gazzetta dello Sport claims the Swedish superstar will make his decision in December, when his contract with LA Galaxy expires.

Bologna are considered to be in pole position right now, given Ibrahimovic’s friendship with cancer-stricken coach Sinisa Mihajlovic.

The 38-year-old is also said to have “appreciated” the recent trip of Rossoblu team manager Marco Di Vaio to Los Angeles.

Ibra 'closer to Galaxy stay'

Zlatan Ibrahimovic seems closer than ever to staying at LA Galaxy as it reported the striker will not return to Europe for Bologna.

Bologna have been busy trying to convince Ibrahimovic to sign for them in January, given his Galaxy contract is about to expire.

However, Tuttomercatoweb warns the 38-year-old is holding out for a bigger European club than the Rossoblu.

That may not suffice as Milan have yet to make a formal move, links with Napoli have cooled and Manchester United look to have pulled out of the running.
