Napoli prefer Rulli to Perin?

Napoli were reportedly offered Mattia Perin by Genoa, but they still prefer Geronimo Rulli of Real Sociedad.

Goalkeeper Pepe Reina is almost certain to leave at the end of the season, as his contract is expiring and Partenopei President Aurelio De Laurentiis doesn’t want to offer more than a year on a new one.

It appeared last summer that the Spaniard would move to Paris Saint-Germain, which saw Napoli pursue Rulli as a replacement.

Ultimately Reina remained at the San Paolo, but the club still need to find a long-term replacement.

However, the Spaniard now appears keen to move to Paris Saint-Germain, so the Neapolitans have reignited their interest in Rulli.

“Are there negotiations underway with Napoli?” Jokin Aperribay considered in an interview with iamnaples.it.
