Roma are ready to intercept Dynamo Kiev deal for Palermo midfielder Oscar Hiljemark.

Tuttomercatoweb had suggested yesterday that an agreement had been struck with the Ukrainian club for €3m.

However, now Sky Sport Italia claim the Giallorossi are prepared to dive in with their own proposal.

Palermo: Hiljemark out, Sunjic in

Palermo are due to sell Oscar Hiljemark to Dynamo Kiev for €3m and sign Toni Sunjic from VfB Stuttgart.

The Sicilians are very active on the transfer market after the arrival of new director of sport Nicola Salerno this week.

According to Tuttomercatoweb, Sweden international Hiljemark is already down to the process of exchanging documents for his move to Dynamo Kiev.

The deal is believed to be worth €3m plus performance-related bonuses.

There was much to lose in Lisbon, but the new Napoli emerged with Champions League credibility, writes Richard Hall.

Sarri: ‘Napoli deserve to qualify’

Dynamo Kiev Coach Serhiy Rebrov was “satisfied to have played on a par” with Napoli in a goalless Champions League stalemate.
