‘No Napoli offer for Andre Silva’

Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis discusses the latest transfer rumours, calling talk of a move for André Silva “very false”.

The Partenopei patron has taken to doing ‘true or false?’ sessions on Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli every day, and he sat down this afternoon to chew over the latest rumours.

Ciciretti close to Parma

Napoli forward Amato Ciciretti is reportedly close to re-joining Parma for the coming season.

The 24-year-old signed for the Partenopei on a pre-contract deal in January, so Benevento loaned him to Serie B for the remainder of the season.

Ciciretti did join up with Carlo Ancelotti’s squad for the pre-season training camp at Dimaro, but it was never likely he’d stay in Naples for 2018-19.

Now Sky is reporting that he’s on the verge of making a return to the Ducali, on what would likely be an official loan deal.

Ciciretti towards Genoa

Napoli are on the verge of sending Amato Ciciretti to Genoa on loan with option to buy and a counter-option.

According to Sky Sport Italia, the 24-year-old right-sided winger is heading to Marassi.

It would be a loan deal with option to buy at the end of the season.

However, Napoli would retain a counter-option in order to bring him back to the Stadio San Paolo.

Ciciretti arrived as a free agent after his contract with Benevento expired, although he spent the last six months on loan at Parma, helping them to promotion from Serie B.
