Inter to sacrifice Karamoh?

It is reported Inter could use winger Yann Karamoh as a counterpart in any potential transfer negotiations.

The 20-year-old has spent the season on loan at Bordeaux, scoring three times in 31 appearances for the Ligue 1 side.

According to Tuttosport, the Nerazzurri value him at around €15m and could either sell him on a permanent basis or use him in a player trade with Monaco for the redemption of Keita Balde Diao.

Karamoh’s contract with Inter expires in 2021, and he could also be included in a deal for PSV winger Steven Bergwijn.

Roma 'like Cragno, Mancini & Kounde'

Roma could be set for a revolution at the back this summer, with Alessio Cragno, Gianluca Mancini and Jules Kounde all reportedly targeted.

Roma have conceded 45 goals this season in Serie A alone, and Gazzetta dello Sport claims goalkeeper Robin Olsen is the main player under threat, having come under fire for several poor performances between the sticks.

The newspaper writes Cragno is in driving seat to replace the Swede, with Ajax shot-stopper Andre Onana the Giallorossi’s second choice.

Official: Sousa signs for Bordeaux

Paulo Sousa is officially the new Coach of Ligue 1 side Girondins de Bordeaux, having been previously linked with the Roma job.

The Portuguese tactician put pen to paper today on a four-year contract.

“My vision of the role at Bordeaux, as with every club I have worked at, consists of creating and developing a philosophy of football and identity that reflect history and will last for the future,” he told the club website.

Sousa has coached in various countries and clubs, including Swansea, Maccabi Tel-Aviv, Basel and Fiorentina.

Sousa skips Porto-Roma for Bordeaux

Paulo Sousa will reportedly no longer be in the stands for Roma’s Champions League match with Porto, as he is ready to sign for Bordeaux.

The Portuguese tactician was expected to attend at the Estadio Do Dragao, a somewhat incongruous presence considering he has been linked with the Roma job.

However, Tuttomercatoweb suggest this evening that Sousa has pulled out of attending the Champions League Round of 16 tie.

Bordeaux confident over Sousa

“We’re in talks and we’re optimistic,” Grosa told Canal+.

Sousa courted by Roma and Bordeaux

Paulo Sousa has reportedly flown to Bordeaux for a meeting with the Ligue 1 side, but Roma have him on stand-by after the derby defeat.

The Portuguese tactician has long been linked with the Roma bench, although such talk had calmed with recent good results from Eusebio Di Francesco.

Last night’s 3-0 Derby della Capitale defeat to arch rivals Lazio put everything back on the table, especially with next week’s decisive Champions League Round of 16 trip to FC Porto.
