‘Milan not exempt from FFP’

The head of UEFA’s Financial Fair Play commission warns “Milan will not be an exception” to the rules.

The Rossoneri will present their plans for a voluntary agreement with European football’s governing body this Autumn, and have spent big this summer in advance of that.

“Milan will not be an exception to Financial Fair Play, because no club enjoys an exception,” Andrea Traverso cautioned in an interview with Gazzetta dello Sport.

Dybala: ‘I’m happy at Juventus’

Juventus forward Paulo Dybala assures he won’t be joining Barcelona this summer - “I’m happy here”.

Blaugrana forward Neymar is believed to be close to an incredible €222m move to Paris Saint-Germain, who are prepared to trigger his release clause.

That has led to rumours that Dybala could be his replacement, but after last night’s friendly with PSG, the Argentine international assured he’ll staying in Turin.

“It was a good match,” La Joya told reporters in the mixed zone after the final whistle.

Barça consider Dybala, Insigne

Barcelona are considering Juventus’ Paulo Dybala or Lorenzo Insigne of Napoli as potential Neymar replacements, according to reports.

The Brazilian forward could join Paris Saint-Germain in the coming days for a record fee of €222m, with the French side ready to pay his release clause.

That would see the famous ‘MSN’ frontline of Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Neymar broken up, and Gazzetta dello Sport reports the Blaugrana are looking in Italy for a replacement.

Reports in Spain suggest Barcelona could move for Paulo Dybala if Neymar joins Paris Saint-Germain.

It appears PSG may be on the verge of completing an incredible €222m deal for the Brazilian, with Le Parisien claiming he’s already told teammates he’ll make the switch.

Every player in the Spanish leagues has a release clause, so the Ligue 1 side only have to activate it, though it would more than double the world transfer record.

Higuain and Dybala in valuable top 10

Neymar is the most valuable player in the world, with Gonzalo Higuain and Paulo Dybala in the top 10, and Lorenzo Insigne the leading Italian.

The the CIES Football Observatory released their updated estimate of the players who would command the highest transfer fee.

Barcelona striker Neymar comes out on top, as if he were to leave Camp Nou, it’d cost in the region of €210.7m.

He’s followed by Dele Alli of Tottenham at €155.1m, his Spurs teammate Harry Kane at €153.6m and Lionel Messi at €151.7m.

Neymar wants ‘incredible’ Verratti

Neymar has admitted that he hopes “incredible” Paris Saint-Germain and Italy midfielder Marco Verratti joins Barcelona.

Only an agreement between Barca and PSG is reportedly standing in the way of Verratti moving to Camp Nou, and Neymar made no secret of his desire to see the Italian become a teammate of his.

“Verratti? I’d like to see him at Barcelona, he’s a great player with incredible technical quality,” he told Sport.

“He has the right profile and characteristics to play with us at Barca.
