Official: Napoli sign Machach

Napoli have officially signed Zinedine Machach as a free agent on a contract to June 2022.

The French-Algerian talent turned 22 last week and the news was confirmed via President Aurelio De Laurentiis’ Twitter account.

There was also a statement on the club website welcoming the midfielder, who saw his Toulouse contract terminated last month following a training ground brawl with coaching staff.

ADL: ‘Machach is for the future’

Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis confirms Zinedine Machach is a “prospect signing”, and Maurizio Sarri will have final say on Gerard Deulofeu or Simone Verdi.

Machach is in Italy today to take his medical before signing on a free transfer, and the Partenopei owner discussed his arrival on Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli.

“Napoli must also think about the future, not just the needs of the moment,” De Laurentiis said.

Machach arrives for Napoli

Zinedine Machach has arrived in Italy to take his Napoli medical, before signing on a free transfer.

The midfielder was released by Toulouse, and it was reported this week that he’d take his medical on Thursday.

Now Gianluca Di Marzio’s website has a picture of the 21-year-old arriving in Rome to take his medical, after which he can officially sign for the Partenopei.

It’s expected Machach will be loaned elsewhere in Italy for the rest of this season, before joining up with Maurizio Sarri’s squad in the summer.

Machach to Napoli on Thursday

It’s reported French youngster Zinedine Machach will be in Italy on Thursday to take his Napoli medical.

The midfielder is a free agent after being released by Toulouse, and it was reported last week that he would join the Partenopei.

Now Sky is reporting that the 21-year-old will take his medical on Thursday, before officially joining the Serie A leaders.

It’s expected that Machach will be loaned out for the rest of this season.

Report: Machach to join Napoli

French-Algerian starlet Zinedine Machach has reportedly agreed to join Napoli on a four-year contract.

Accoridng to Le10Sport, Machach will put pen to paper by the end of Wednesday and subsequently become Napoli’s first January signing.

The midfielder is a free agent after he was sacked by Toulouse for gross misconduct in October, having allegedly assaulted the Coach of their reserve team over a missed penalty.

Machach had also been linked with Torino, while it has been suggested that the Partenopei will immediately loan out the 21-year-old.

Napoli snap up Machach

Napoli have reportedly beaten Torino to former Toulouse midfielder Zinedine Machach, who is a free agent after brawling with a Coach.

The French-Algerian talent turns 22 next month and came up through the youth academies of Olympique Marseille and Toulouse FC.

However, his contract was terminated at the end of October following a nasty incident in training, when he reportedly attacked reserve team Coach Denis Zanko.

According to the latest reports from Sky Sport Italia, Napoli have agreed personal terms and will loan Machach out to begin with.
