Inter signed Lautaro ‘thanks to Juventus’

Former Inter scout Adelio Moro reveals how the Nerazzurri signed Lautaro Martinez in 2017 ‘thanks to Juventus.’

The Argentinean joined the Stadio Meazza for €25m in the summer of 2018.

“It was January 2017 and the South American U-20 Championship was about to begin,” Moro told Tuttosport.

Agent: 'Lautaro happy at Inter'

Lautaro Martinez’s agent met with Inter directors today and assure he is ‘happy’ at the club. ‘We did not talk about the release clause.’

Beto Yaque and his staff were at the Inter headquarters in Milan this afternoon and spoke to reporters on their way out.

“It was a meeting we had planned and were unable to do because of COVID, so we had to rearrange,” said Beto Yaque.

“Lautaro is happy at Inter.”

Lautaro dreamed of playing with Messi

Lautaro Martinez says he dreamed of playing alongside Leo Messi last summer and insists he will reach an agreement to extend his Inter contract.

Messi, who will see his Barcelona contract expire this coming June, was linked with a move to Inter last summer.
