Tottenham favourites for Hysaj

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly the favourites for Napoli full-back Elseid Hysaj, ahead of Roma after Atletico Madrid ended their interest.

According to Radio Kiss Kiss, the Premier League outfit are now the favourites for Hysaj, although Roma interest also remains.

No Trippier for Juve or Napoli

Neither Juventus nor Napoli will be signing Kieran Trippier as it is claimed the Tottenham Hotspur right-back is joining Atletico Madrid.

Trippier had been linked with Napoli and Juve, but the Evening Standard and The Telegraph both report he is on his way to Spain for a medical with Atleti.

A fee in the region of £20-25m (€22-27m) has been quoted.

Napoli have since brought in right-back Giovanni Di Lorenzo from Empoli, while Joao Cancelo remains a Juve player.

Juve & Napoli 'in Trippier tug-of-war'

Juventus and Napoli are reportedly in a €28m tug-of-war for Tottenham Hotspur right-back Kieran Trippier.

According to The Mirror, new Juventus boss Maurizio Sarri wants Tripper to replace Joao Cancelo, who is on his way to Manchester City.

However, the newspaper suggests Napoli are closer to an agreement, explaining Coach Carlo Ancelotti has already opened talks with Tottenham.

Spurs, meanwhile, would be ready to sell the Englishman for the right price, having paid just €4m to sign him from Burnley in 2015.

Juventus target Trippier

Multiple Italian sources point to Kieran Trippier as the heir to Joao Cancelo at Juventus, although Tottenham want €25m.

Sportitalia and La Gazzetta dello Sport both have the same report this evening, that new Coach Maurizio Sarri sees Trippier as the ideal replacement for Manchester City-bound Cancelo at right-back.

The England international was offered a five-year contract worth €2.6m per season net plus performance-related bonuses.

The biggest problem is Spurs, as they are asking for at least €25m to part with the 28-year-old.
