Duncan set for Fiorentina medical?

There are reports Liverpool youngster Bobby Duncan will fly in for a medical ahead of his move to Fiorentina.

The 18-year-old is the cousin of Steven Gerrard and hit the headlines over the last week when his agent accused Liverpool of “mentally bullying” the player.

Borussia Dortmund were also interested, but according to Tuttomercatoweb, Duncan will undergo a medical with Fiorentina on Monday.

The Serie A transfer deadline is late on Monday evening, so there is time to get the deal over the line.

Rebic on verge of Milan move

Italian and German reports claim Eintracht Frankfurt striker Ante Rebic has agreed a €25-30m transfer to Milan, rather than their rivals Inter.

The forward had been ‘reserved’ for the last week by Inter, who saw him as the ideal replacement should Matteo Politano move to Fiorentina.

However, it seems as if Inter have ruled out releasing Politano, even for €30m, so Rebic has been released.
