Kulusevski hopes to make Zlatan struggle on Sunday

Juventus attacker Dejan Kulusevski hopes Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic ‘doesn’t perform like he can’ when the two sides clash on Sunday.

The Bianconeri host Milan in a direct clash in the top four battle this weekend and Kulusevski spoke about the crucial game to Sky Sport Italia.

“We prepared well for this game,” he told the broadcaster. “We had the whole week to do it. We are calm, there are still two days.”

Juve need €100m profit

According to reports in Italy, Juventus need to make €100m profit by the end of June, but rejected Manchester United’s transfer approach for Dejan Kulusevski.

The Old Lady announced a loss of €113.7m for the first six months of 2020-21 and according to Il Corriere di Torino, they need to make €100m profit by the end of June to keep the books in order.

'Struggling' Kulusevski disappointed with Juventus season

Dejan Kulusevski is disappointed with his first season at Juventus and insists that Cristiano Ronaldo's future is not a priority.

The Sweden international joined the Old Lady from Atalanta in a €44m deal last summer.

Juventus could miss out on their tenth Serie A title in a row as they sit 10 points off table leaders Inter.

"It's been a disappointing season. We must always begin the season with the target of winning the title," the former Parma man said at a press conference.

Ibrahimovic starts for Sweden

Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic doesn’t just make his return to Sweden, he starts tonight’s World Cup qualifier against Georgia.

It kicks off at 19.45 GMT and they are in the same group as Spain, Greece and Kosovo.

Ibra was recalled to the Swedish national team after almost five years, thanks to his spectacular performances for Milan in Serie A and the Europa League this season.

His last appearance was in a 1-0 defeat to Belgium during the Euro 2016 tournament.

Eriksson sees 'great future' for Kulusevski

Former coach Sven-Göran Eriksson wouldn't compare Juventus forward Dejan Kulusevski to Pavel Nedved and said his compatriot ‘must be allowed to grow.

The Swede has not coached since he left the job with the Philippines in January 2019, but has a history with Roma, Fiorentina, Sampdoria and Lazio in Serie A.

The 73-year-old spoke about the recent criticism of Sweden international Dejan Kulusevski and said it’s not fair to compare the young winger to former Juventus hero Pavel Nedved.

Only five Juventus stars off the market

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, there are only five players at Juventus who are not for sale this summer, and Cristiano Ronaldo isn’t among them.

The Bianconeri are planning for the future after crashing out of the Champions League and the Scudetto race by mid-March.

Today’s edition of the Gazzetta dello Sport argues that there are only five players in the current Juventus squad who are untouchable on the transfer market.

They are Federico Chiesa, Dejan Kulusevski, Matthijs de Ligt, Arthur and Danilo.

Andersson: 'Zlatan included for Euro 2020'

Sweden CT Janne Andersson said Zlatan Ibrahimovic ‘will be included in the European Championship’ this summer. ‘I’m really happy he’s here’.

The Swedish national team announced the sensational return of Ibrahimovic to the international stage today and Andersson confirmed he has planned to include the Milan hero in the European Championship this summer.

Two Italians on CIES' Top 20 youngsters list

Three Serie A players are on the CIES Football Observatory’s list of the top 20 most promising youngsters born in 2000.

The latest issue of the CIES Football Observatory highlights ‘the most promising youngsters worldwide according to the capital experience approach’.

Italy internationals Sandro Tonali and Moise Kean are 19th and 20th respectively.

Kean moved to Paris Saint-Germain on loan from Everton last summer and has impressed in the French capital, contributing 15 goals in 26 competitive games.
