Agent: ‘Mandzukic doesn’t want to talk about Juve’

Mario Mandzukic’s agent Ivan Cvjetkovic says the former Juventus striker doesn’t want to talk about the Bianconeri and reveals he is ready to sign for a new club: 'He was born to play in the Premier League.'

Mandzukic terminated his Juventus contract one year ago. He joined Al-Duhail as a free agent but left the team after a few months.

He is now training on his own, waiting for the right offer to get back on track.

Klopp: 'Salah available against Atalanta'

Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp said the Reds have to ‘be ready to work really, really hard’ against Atalanta and confirmed Mohamed Salah will be available.

Liverpool won 5-0 in the reverse fixture at the Gewiss Stadium, but Klopp wants a similar performance when the Orobici arrive at Anfield tomorrow night.

“Everybody knows if we would win, some problems would be sorted,” Klopp said at a press conference and referred to the team advancing to the last 16.

Dortmund want Eriksen in January?

Borussia Dortmund are reportedly considering making a move for Inter midfielder Christian Eriksen in January.

Klopp: 'Salah negative for COVID'

Liverpool coach Jürgen Klopp revealed Mohamed Salah tested negative for coronavirus and will undergo the required tests ahead of Atalanta.

The Orobici face Liverpool at Anfield in the Champions League this week and Salah seemed set to miss out due to COVID-19.

But after the 3-0 win against Leicester in the Premier League on Sunday, Klopp said the Egypt international had tested negative.

“That’s what I’ve heard, a negative today,” Klopp told Sky Sports. “I think from now he’s pretty normal in all the testing.

Ancelotti 'would like to work with Khedira'
