Bologna have officially signed midfielder Nicolas Dominguez from Velez Sarsfield for a reported €6m.
However, as part of the deal, Dominguez will remain at Velez on loan until January.
He has put pen to paper on a five-year contract with Bologna, who beat SPAL 1-0 on Friday evening.
The 21-year-old has scored three goals in Velez’s opening four League games this season.
He was also recently called up to the Argentina squad for the first time.
