Francesco Guidolin faces Siena on Sunday, but insists “the Europe League is also important” if Udinese fail to finish in the top three.
The Friulani are in joint fourth place with Napoli and hope to catch Lazio, but look to be running out of steam at the end of a long campaign.
“We must not lose sight of our real situation and expectations,” warned the Coach. “The Europa League is also important for this club and not just the Champions League.
“I don’t know if we’ll get in to either, but in the meantime we’re in the running and want to do our best.
“Our season has been very tiring in different ways, so still being up there is something very gratifying for everyone in Udine.”
Antonio Di Natale is expected to have support from Diego Fabbrini, although Gabriel Torje is another option during Antonio Floro Flores’ ban.
