Amauri will not know whether he will still be wanted by Fiorentina until the club appoint a new tactician.
The Brazilian-born Italian international joined the side from Juventus in January, but he only signed a contract until June.
“It’s too premature to discuss the possibility of Amauri staying with the Viola,” agent Giampiero Pocetta told Tele Iride.
“The club are making some decisions about their staff and we will have to wait for the new Coach to arrive.
“The market is moving though and Amauri, given that he is available on a free transfer, is of interest to teams.”
The 31-year-old only scored one goal in 13 games for the outfit, but he has admitted a desire to remain with the Tuscans.
The former Palermo and Chievo man has been linked with a return to former club Parma.
Fiorentina are in talks with Catania in a bid to land Coach Vincenzo Montella. The latter still has a year left on his contract with the Sicilian side.
