The transfer is expected to be announced imminently by both clubs, but it took El Kaddouri to change his agent and sign up with the influential Raiola to make sure it was agreed.

“I felt bad for Daniele Striani, as he has been my agent for years, but I have to think about the future,” said El Kaddouri.

“The problem was not between me and Brescia, but rather between Brescia and Striani. Raiola is like a guarantee. I have faith in him.”

Belgian midfielder El Kaddouri has played with Brescia since 2008, but their failure to secure promotion alerted Parma to the player’s availability.

The Ducali had given up on the deal after he declared his intention to join Juventus” data-scaytid=”70″>Juventus, though negotiations have recently resumed.

Transfer details are yet to be announced so it is unclear how Raiola managed to tie up the deal to take his newest client to Parma.

Raiola also boasts the likes of Mario Balotelli and Zlatan Ibrahimovic on his books.
