Nicolas Anelka is officially a Juventus player, the Italian champions and current League leaders have announced.

The Frenchman has signed until 30 June 2013. The agreement includes the option of a renewal until June 2014.

Striker Anelka, who will be 34 in March, joins the club after a year in China with Shanghai Shenhua.
