Leonardo Bonucci will miss Juventus’ game against Fiorentina after his two-match ban was confirmed.
The defender picked up a 180-minute suspension for his protests at the end of the 1-1 draw with Genoa, when he felt the Old Lady should have been awarded a late penalty.
Bonucci sat out the 2-1 win at Chievo Verona, but his club appealed his punishment in an effort to have him available for Saturday.
Luca Marrone is set to replace Bonucci in the middle of Antonio Conte’s back-three against the Viola.
Juventus’ attempt to get their €50,000 fine wiped was also rejected.
Meanwhile, Udinese also failed to get Danilo’s two-match ban reversed.
