Hugo Campagnaro is on the verge of joining Inter and saluted the Napoli fans. “I had four marvellous years here.”
The defender has allowed his contract to run down to the point of expiration, so he will be able to join Inter as a free agent.
“I really wanted to salute the fans, as it was a shame for me not being able to play against Siena in what would’ve been my last game at the San Paolo,” wrote the Argentine on his official website.
“I had four marvellous years here in Naples, both in professional and personal terms. My happiest memory is winning the Coppa Italia.
“I will always carry in my heart the warmth of the Neapolitan fans, who applauded me over all these years.”
