Inter and Parma are understood to have discussed a possible transfer for Ishak Belfodil on Monday evening.
Directors from both clubs dined in a Milan restaurant last night where talks for the young striker took place.
Belfodil is a 21-year-old forward who the Stadio Tardini outfit value at around the €11m mark – a figure they turned down in January from an unnamed club.
The youngster, signed in 2012 after spells at Lyon and Bologna, has scored eight goals in 33 League games for the Stadio Tardini outfit.
Parma are willing to discuss a co-ownership sale. Rumours have also suggested that Antonio Cassano could be offered by Inter as part-exchange.
