Torino are trying to tempt Milan into selling them Urby Emanuelson after his spell at Fulham.
The versatile Dutch international can play as full-back, winger, midfielder, trequartista or in a trident attack.
He spent the last six months on loan at Fulham, but the Premier League side will not be making the move permanent.
Emanuelson is still not particularly in the plans of Milan Coach Massimiliano Allegri.
His contract expires in June 2014, so another loan would risk losing the player on a Bosman next year.
According to ItaSportPress, Torino are offering €1.5m for a co-ownership deal with option to buy.
