Cristian Ledesma is “accepting the bench for the good of Lazio,” but his agent is not happy about the situation.
The Argentina-born Italy midfielder has dropped down the pecking order since the summer arrival of Lucas Biglia from Anderlecht.
“It is strange not seeing him in the starting XI,” agent Vincenzo D’Ippolito told Radio Manà Manà.
“He is a silent leader who deserves to play, even if he is accepting the bench for the good of Lazio. He has always given everything for this jersey, providing a fundamental contribution to the team even in the most difficult moments.
“It is right that Vladimir Petkovic try Biglia now, but the two have different characteristics and I don’t think they are incompatible. I don’t see why they couldn’t play together.”
