Christian Abbiati insists Milan deserve more points than they are currently collecting in the Italian championship.
The Diavolo have just five points from five games so far after salvaging a 3-3 draw at Bologna on Wednesday.
“We had a lot of chances, but it seems to be the period that we’re going through,” the goalkeeper noted. “As soon as we make a mistake, we pay for it.”
The Rossoneri were 3-1 down with just minutes left last night, but staged a comeback in similar circumstances to the 2-2 draw at Torino.
“We have to keep on fighting,” the veteran added. “We’ve started a bit like we did last season, but we lost these kind of games last season and this season we’ve drawn.
“Now we have to stick together because it’s not anyone’s fault, it’s everyone’s fault.”
Milan will entertain struggling Sampdoria at San Siro at the weekend.
