Giuseppe Biava’s agent has claimed that his client will sit down with Lazio at the end of the season and discuss a new deal.
The defender’s current deal in the capital ends in June, but with the 36-year-old playing just two games all term, his future at Stadio Olimpico has been called into question.
“Giuseppe is really enjoying himself in Rome,” Giorgio Parretti told Lazialita.com.
“He gets on well with all his teammates, and everyone else at the club. I think that’s important to a player.
“Giuseppe is calm about the whole situation though. We’ll sit down in April or May and talk about a contract.
“That’s what we did last summer, so hopefully we’ll do it this time as well.”
