New Inter President Erick Thohir celebrated his first Inter match at San Siro. “It feels different to when I was far away.”
The Indonesian patron has replaced Massimo Moratti at the helm after buying up 70 per cent of the club, but they are sitting together today.

“Today is my first match at the Meazza as President. It feels different to when I was far away,” declared Thohir on Inter Channel.
“I feel more pressure being here. Of course we have to prepare well for it because every game is difficult here.
“I met the team at La Pinetina a few weeks ago and I've tried to take on their battling spirit. You win when you're united and we want to win today. We all suffer together but talent alone is not enough. You have to fight all the time.
“We want to expand the brand. San Siro is beautiful but it needs some improvements. Forza Inter!”
