Verona Coach Andrea Mandorlini says there are no favourites for tomorrow’s Derby della Scala with Chievo.
The Scaligeri head into the game in ninth position in Serie A, seven places better off than their rivals but the tactician believes fine margins will decide the outcome.
“Favourites for the derby? In these sorts of games there aren’t any,” Mandorlini said at his pre-match Press conference today.
“They are open matches in which any result is possible. Little things will decide the match and our mentality will be important.
“The reverse fixture has gone now, we regret the fact that we lost it 10 seconds from the end.
“We have had a quiet week. We did well against Genoa and that has helped us to work better.
“We are ready, it will be an important match with two teams who want to do well.”
