Fiorentina have reportedly contacted Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United over respective moves for Younes Kaboul and Davide Santon.
La Nazione are running the line that in recent weeks representatives from La Viola have contacted the English clubs over prospective deals for the duo.
It is alleged that Fiorentina are in more advanced negotiations over Kaboul and this stage of the operation is about finalising an agreement on a potential summer move, to make the 28-year-old centre-back the club’s first summer signing.
Coach Vincenzo Montella, meanwhile, is seen as pushing for a move for former Inter full-back Santon, with the Florence outfit described as having recently initiated first contact with Newcastle over a proposed bid, which will be considered in the coming weeks.
