“I think there are the circumstances for us to continue together, especially as I have a contract that is valid for next season,” said Corini.

“Of course, I have to meet with the club, as it’s fundamental to have a project as the basis of everything, like Fiorentina” data-scaytid=”8″>Fiorentina and Torino did recently.

“Projects and plans go beyond difficulties and allow you to reach good results.”

Corini took over as Coach from Domenico Di Carlo in October 2012 and steered the club to safety, then walked away after failing to agree on a strategy for the next campaign.

However, he returned again in November 2013 to replace Giuseppe Sannino and once more helped the Flying Donkeys to avoid relegation.

“Maintaining Chievo in Serie A for all these years is extraordinary and I wouldn’t want anyone to forget that.

“Achieving this result was almost unthinkable when I arrived in mid-November.”

Sergio Pellissier and Luca Rigoni are suspended against Inter this evening, while Gennaro Sardo and Michele Canini are injured.
