“In 2004 there was the desire to present a gift to this city, but this year it was a duty to return to Serie A,” Zamparini has considered to Sky Sport Italia this week.
“That’s the difference between this promotion and the first one.
“The Palermo Iachini and I have in mind is this – a Palermo of running, quality and substance. With Iachini I have said that we will make five quality signings and that will be enough.
“For me, this Palermo is strong than that of 10 years ago with Guidolin.
“Iachini? I have rediscovered him after years and we have married immediately, but this time it will last.”
