Miralem Pjanic believes that Roma can ‘aim high’ after a successful Serie A campaign last time out.
The capital club finished the season in second place, qualifying for the Champions League. And the Bosnian playmaker, who recently extended in his contract at Stadio Olimpico, is confident that the capital outfit can reach the next level.
“Roma has been a wonderful experience for me,” he told Sky Sport Italia.
“Before I came here I did not know a lot about the club, but everything I’ve seen since has been positive.
“I was glad I made this choice – it was definitely the right one. I’m delighted to have signed a new contract.
“When I came it was Luis Enrique who really wanted me, but I’m equally as happy with the new Coach.
“I signed the contract because it’s a great project to be a part of. We can aim as high as we want.”
