Italy have a packed schedule this weekend, with the squad fitting in three training sessions and a game against Fluminense.
The Azzurri arrived in Rio on Friday and have since set themselves up at the Portobello Resort in the city.
But there will be little time for rest and relaxation as the team prepare for their first game of the World Cup in seven days’ time.
The FIGC have confirmed that the team will have a closed training session at 14.30 CET before the players attend a Press conference four hours later.
The 23 men will then have an open training session at 20.30 CET, which is 15.30 local time.
On Sunday, there is a third session in the morning before they travel to Estadio da Cidadania to face the Brazilian club side at 22.30 CET.
