Milan have confirmed that they have signed Sulley Muntari to an extended contract, committing to the midfielder until June 2016.
The 29-year-old joined the Rossoneri from city rivals Inter initially on loan in January 2012, before the following summer signing on permanently.
Having entered this summer with a year to go on his contract, Muntari has now been confirmed by the San Siro outfit as having signed a new one-year extension.
“Sulley Muntari has extended his contract until June 30, 2016,” Milan have communicated in a brief statement released today.
