Walter Zenga confirmed he is “in negotiations” with the Serbian FA to become their new national Coach.
The former Palermo boss already has experience of working in Serbia, as he was Coach of Red Star Belgrade in 2005-06, winning the League title and Cup.
“I am in negotiations with the Serbian Federation,” Zenga told Dolce Sport.
“I am very fond of that country and it would be a great opportunity for me. It’s an important national team, but I still need to evaluate some things, as I also have proposals from Turkey.”
Zenga is a globe-trotting tactician who has worked in America, Romania, Turkey, Serbia and the United Arab Emirates.
