Bayern Munich sporting director Matthias Sammer has insisted that the German champions won’t sell Xherdan Shaqiri.
The Switzerland international was one of the young starts at this summer’s World Cup, and as such, has been linked with some of Europe’s biggest clubs.
Liverpool and Roma are both thought to be keen on his services, but the Bavarian outfit’s board member has claimed that the playmaker won’t leave this summer.
“Xherdan is an important player for the future,” he told Kicker.
“We are not going to sell.”
