Cesena beat Lega Pro side Santarcangelo 2-1, but the opposition scorer was the son of Coach Pierpaolo Bisoli.

The newly-promoted side started pre-season preparations later than anyone else in Serie A, as their season ended with victory in the June play-offs.

There was a bizarre start to this friendly, as within 47 seconds Santarcangelo had taken the lead.

The scorer was Dimitri Bisoli, the 20-year-old son of Cesena Coach Pierpaolo Bisoli.

The older generation of the Bisoli family did win out in the end, as Milan Djuric nodded in Francesco Renzetti’s cross for an equaliser and Giuseppe De Feudis got the winner after the break.

Cesena: Agliardi (Bressan 46); Volta, Lucchini (Capelli 46), Krajnc; Perico (Yabre 79), De Feudis (Moncini 70), Cascione (Valzania 57), Ze Eduardo (Tabanelli 46); Renzetti (Magnusson 46), Defrel (Garritano 18); Djuric (Rodriguez 57)
