The Corriere della Sera believes Antonio Conte has lined up some ground rules for Mario Balotelli on Italy duty.
Ex-Juventus boss Conte takes over from Cesare Prandelli on the Azzurri bench and one of his first issues to deal with will be Super Mario.
Under fire after the World Cup for his attitude more than performances, there are differing views on how to harness his talent.
According to the Corriere della Sera, Conte will make it clear that Balotelli is a player like the others and must earn his place in the squad.
The Milan striker will also be expected to tone down some of his Twitter outbursts aimed at critics, fans and media.
On the other hand, some Italian papers complain Balotelli will be given special treatment anyway because of purely financial considerations.
Puma are the Italy sponsors and helped contribute to Conte’s wages, while one of the biggest names on their roster is Balotelli.
Therefore some critics in Italy maintain Balotelli will be given a place in the side regardless of form in order to keep the sponsors happy.
