Manchester United are the latest club linked with Sampdoria’s Argentina international goalkeeper Sergio Romero.
Although he performed heroics in a penalty shoot-out to help Argentina reach the World Cup Final last month, Romero is still not wanted at Samp.
He spent last season on loan at Monaco and had been linked with Liverpool and QPR.
According to Sportitalia, the latest club to show an interest in signing Romero is Manchester United.
They see him as a reliable back-up for David De Gea.
